If you deactivate your account, this basic information may be deleted or anonymized according to our data retention policies. However, content you upload (such as sighting reports, images, videos, and associated data) is licensed to Phenom LLC as per our EULA for ongoing use in research and service improvement, and may be retained indefinitely even after account deactivation.
