Delete your account

Account deletion is built into The Phenom App. You do not need to email us or wait for us to act.

Open The Phenom App and sign in.
Go to your own Profile.
Scroll to the bottom, to DANGER ZONE.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then confirm Delete.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Removed: your profile, your sign-in identity and email address, your drafts, and every phenom you marked as including your voice or image, together with its video, telemetry and thumbnails. Kept but permanently unlinked from you: published phenoms you did not mark as including your voice or image, per Section 8 of the Licence Agreement. Deleted records leave live systems immediately; encrypted backups roll off on a 30-day cycle.

If you have lost access and cannot sign in to delete the account yourself, use the contact form on this page, from the email address on the account, and we will verify ownership before deleting anything. Full detail is on the account deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.
